As a Senior Project Manager, Joseph has been working in Urban Development specialising in land subdivision for over 10 years and has provided services in Project Management, Development Management, Superintendency, Feasibility studies and services strategies for various projects.
During this time, Joseph has developed his skills in managing internal and external consultants. He has gained extensive knowledge in project management, contract execution, engineering design co-ordination, managing project budgets and liaising with various stakeholders. In addition, Joseph has completed over 100 feasibility studies for various potential development sites in NSW (2 of which are over $100Mil) including planning and utility services investigations.
Thriving to succeed and focusing on delivering quality services, Joseph has founded his consulting and development business “Metropolitan Development Group”.
Furthermore, Joseph is a unit conveyancer/Lecturer at New South Wales University & Western Sydney University delivering property economic & development units.

• Property due diligence including financial feasibility study & management of external consultants’ advice
• Undertake the required negotiation with landowners
• Securing development sites to meet developer’s objectives
• Manage development project from inception stage until registration stage including and not limited to obtaining Development Application approval, Subdivision Works certificate, Subdivision Certificate and LRS registration
• Assistance in securing finance for the project
• Assistance in marketing & sales
• Development Budget & Program control
• Risk Assessment & Management
• Civil engineering set of plans required for development approvals through compliance with Local government authority’s specifications and guidelines
• Stormwater management report including stormwater hydraulics & flood analysis
• Preparation of civil contract based on Australian Standard AS4000-1997 general conditions of contract
• Procure a civil contractor for the execution of the works through a thorough tender process
• Administer the civil contract between the principal and contractor
• Promote WHS and safe work practices
• Liaise with project team and authorities to ensure construction works success
